Happy Wednesday!

When I was writing this post last night, I couldn’t believe it was only Wednesday — it feels like it should be Friday by now!

I’m hoping today’s post will inspire me–and all of you -since it’s all about fitness.

All through high school and college, working out was never missing from my daily routine. In college, often 2-3 hours of the day was devoted to exercise since I was playing tennis, but, over the last nine years, it’s been really hard to make it a priority. Work and our little family has come first.

As I was stressing about turning 30, I really did a good job for about 10 months in regards to exercising more and eating better. It’s been tough since then and I’m hoping to turn over a new leaf as the NBA season gets closer.

Hopefully, putting this together help re-energize my motivation and maybe I’ll even incentivize myself with one of the above fun items as a reward for hitting a goal.

I love everything on this list and, I have to admit, I’m obsessed with wedged sneakers. I really hope the stay on-trend forever! Ha ha! They’re fun, cute and comfy!

Some of the other items I really covet are the Tory Burch FitBit bracelet and the Jordan sweatshirt. When we were in New York City this summer and visited the Nike store, I LOVED it. It’s a part of the men’s Jordan Brand line, but it’s so cute.

Lastly, the lululemon yoga mat looks so nice! I’ve tried yoga a few times, but really would love to add it to my schedule a couple of times a week.
